The two motors have a 15 year warranty, 5 years unconditional parts and labor. The Mattress and Foundation have a 20 year warranty, 2 years unconditional.
The Model 585 looks exactly like a regular bed when it is completely flat: The motorized frame is exactly 9" off the floor; the foundation is exactly 15" off the floor; and the mattress is approximately 23" off the floor (all heights are available!)
