All Convaquip Inc. Model1720 and 1720X Series Bath Seats are designed to fit the contour or a standard bathtub. Vinyl grips on the tubing, prevent from marring the tub. Tub must be 22" wide. This measurement must be taken at the cnter of the tub, inside wall to inside wall, and measure halfway down the wall and across to the other side of the bathtub.
Bath seats are designed for bathtub use. If you desire to use in shower stall, you must insert yhe bath seat into a floor stand to prevent the bath seat from turning over.

The Convaquip Inc. Model1700 Series Shower Stools are made especially for Shower Stall use. These stools are not designed for bathtub use. The seat is made of half inch thick polyethylene, an easily cleaned material that resists molding. The larger seat dimension of 20" x 20" offers a more comfotable, deeper and wider are than standard equipment. The Convaquip Inc. Model1700 Series Shower Stools also offer an optional 9.5" x 11" over-sixed perineal opening for hygiene purposes. Constructed woth "Tube in a Tube" technique for added strength. All fasteners are stainless steel to prevent rusting. Locking nuts prevent accidental loosening of nut and bolts. Capacity - 850 lbs.

All Tub Fat and Big Transfer Benches are designed to fit standard bathtubs. Vinyl grips on tubing prevent marring tub. Short back discouranges reclining and is also removable. " Tube in a Tube" construction for added strength. Tub must be 22" wide at center of tub. Take this measurement halfway down the wall and measure inside wall to inside wall dimension. Perineal opening are 8"W x 10"L. Outside legs adjut from 18.5" to 20.5". Althouht this item is universal, order R or L for bathroom configuration when posible.
